We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to service providers and companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

Relationships with Parties Outside Our Bank

When Union State Bank conducts business with third parties, it requires its vendors and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to them
